DIAMOND CUTTING
Is where the front face of the wheel is machined in our shop to expose the bare aluminium of the wheel. The finish then receives a lacquer coat.
powder coating
Is a decorative finish for alloy wheels. It’s sprayed on like traditional paint. However, it settles on the surface dry rather than liquid. It’s not until the coating is heated treated that the paint “flows out” of the coating and forms a gel over the surface of the wheel.
Buckle repair
Unfortunately buckled and cracked wheels are common place, causing issues such as tyre deflation. Buckled or dented wheels are usually taken as scrap. These can be corrected to return the wheel back to its original shape.
